Afkomstig uit de bergen van Huila, Colombia, waar kleinschalige boeren met zorg en vakmanschap hun koffie verbouwen. De cafeïne wordt op natuurlijke wijze verwijderd met behulp van suikerriet extract (Sugarcane process) – een milieuvriendelijke methode die de volle smaak behoudt.
